Product Overview: Top-smooth 005 is a blend of very high-molecular silicone polymer dispersed in cyclomethicone. The cyclomethicone carrier spreads the polymer evenly over the surface and then evaporates, leaving a silicone film. It gives personal care products many special effects, above all a uniquely smooth, soft and fresh, non-greasy feel.
