Top-care S21

Product Overview: Top-care S21 is a nonionic, plant-based emulsifier for oil-in-water cosmetic emulsions and some water-in-oil systems, suited to skin creams, lotions and antiperspirants. It forms stable emulsions over a very wide pH range. An O/W emulsifier with an HLB of 15.5, it is hydrophilic, commonly used and often paired with S2 emulsifier in high-oil creams.
