Product Overview: Top-care 315 is a neutral, ready-to-use emulsion developed for cosmetics and personal care, serving as an emulsifier, thickener and stabilizer. It emulsifies all kinds of oil phases into a soft, non-greasy cream gel, and thickens even under special conditions such as high acidity, high alkalinity or oxidizers, while giving good suspension stability for minerals.
