Product Overview: Top-smooth 200 emulsion is an anionic polymer emulsion of high-molecular dimethiconol with 57% solids. With particles around 200 nm and a high-viscosity internal phase, it forms a smooth, uniform film on hair for lasting slip with little build-up.
