Product Overview: Top-rinese L 32 is an amphoteric surfactant with light color, low viscosity, low toxicity and low irritation, plus strong foam boosting and thickening. Common in personal cleansers, it enables very mild formulas such as high-foam, low-irritation shampoos and body washes for children and adults, mild facial cleansers, hand soaps, bubble baths and shaving creams.
