INCI Name: Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate
Product Overview: Top-rinese CMT 30 is synthesized from cocoyl chloride and sodium methyl taurate, then desalted. It is a very mild, high-safety anionic surfactant for personal cleansers in the broad amino acid family, with good water solubility and excellent hard-water and acid/alkali tolerance. It foams well and leaves skin and hair moisturized and smooth, offering surface tension reduction and foaming similar to AES, making it an excellent sulfate-free alternative. With minimal skin adsorption and low irritation, it elutes very little cholesterol from the intercellular lipids, selectively removing dirt. It helps reduce dandruff and is gentle on the hair cuticle.
