Product Overview: Top-care 915 is a liquid polymer thickener made by dispersing a cationic acrylic homopolymer in pharmaceutical-grade white oil. Its solutions are pseudoplastic and non-thixotropic: the gel structure breaks easily under shear and recovers quickly once the force is removed. It produces highly stable O/W emulsions without considering the oil phase HLB, needs no neutralization or heating, is cold-processable and also thickens cationic aqueous systems.
