Product Overview: Tea seed meal, the by-product of camellia oil extraction, is rich in tea saponins, polysaccharides, proteins and fiber. Top-active CAM-4 is a camellia seed ferment liquor made by biological fermentation of this meal, delivering beneficial metabolites such as tea saponins, tea polysaccharides and theanine. CAM-4 is a pentacyclic triterpenoid (tea saponin) and a high-performance natural surfactant with a natural index of 1, offering strong foaming, emulsifying, dispersing, wetting and antibacterial properties. It can be used in facial cleansers, body washes, shampoos, dishwashing liquids and laundry detergents to improve degreasing, add a soap-like rinse feel and make formulas easier to rinse off.
